COMMENT STATUS: /PRELIMINARY
1. Remove 4" concrete paving note on site plan. It needs to indicate $ inch reinforced
concrete, with 6 inch llme stabilized subgrade for parking areas and 6 inch reinforced
concrete with 6 inch llme stabilized subgrade for f'we lanes.
2. On plat, provide franchise utility signature block, floodplain signature block.
3. The $ foot wide brick paver band needs to be 1 foot inside property llne.
