Dear Ms. Steele:
We are returning the Project Status Request form for the above reference project. As we discussed, it does
not appear any of the standard choices in the status request acknowledgment portion of your form meets our
project conditions. In accordance with the requirements of FAA Acknowledgment of Proposed Construction
or Alteration (Form 7460-7), we submitted the Advance Notice of Construction (Form 7460-2) on behalf of
the City of Coppell on April 15, 1998. In that notice, we indicated construction was to begin on June 1, 1998
with an estimated completion date of June 31,1999. We also indicated the structure is to reach its greatest
height on or about April 26, 1999, and understand Part 2 of FAA form 7460-2 is required to be submitted 5
days before that time. At this stage, we do not anticipate a change in the project schedule.
We are enclosing copies of the past submittals we have made and the FAA determinations for your review. If
you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
