Pre-final acceptance
Dear Randy:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of paving, water and
sanitary sewer facilities in referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed
prior to our final acceptance of these facilities.
1. Rout and seal random cracks.
2. Remove chips in sawed joints and reseal.
3. Repair broken concrete on headers on Moore north of Indian Rock and on Homewood
at Moore.
4. Inlet on Moore at the south side of Indian Rock must be tied into storm drain system.
5. Replace broken S/W at ADA ramp northeast corner of Moore and Homewood and at
the southeast corner of Moore and Indian Rock
6. Install ADA compliant railing along each side of steel plate over drainage flume at 577
Homewood.
