HISTORY:
On May 14, 1996, City Council reclassified the pr~er~ to PD-SF-9,
approved a preliminary plat, and granted the Planning and Zoning
Commission authority to approve the Final Plat.
TRANSPORTATION:
Sandy Lake Road is a 2-1ane asphalt road shown on the
thoroughfare plan as a C4D, four-lane divided collector to be built
in a variable-width right-of-way which is to be 95' wide at this
location. Heartz Road is a 2-lane undivided collector street within
a 60' wide right-of-way.

the development review process conducted last spring. The final plat, as
submitted complies with the planned development district conditions and
preliminary plat approval.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Staff recommends approval the Final Plat, as submitted.
