TRANSPORTATION: Sandy Lake Road is a 2-1ane asphalt road shown on the thoroughfare plan as a C4D, four-lane divided collector to be built in a variable-width right-of-way which is to be 95' wide at this location. Heartz Road is a 2-lane undivided collector street within a 60' wide right-of-way.
