Change Order Number 2
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 2 to your contract with Landmark Structures, Inc. for
the construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. As we discussed by telephone, Change
Order Number 2 covers that extra work required to re-align the Sandy Lake Road Water Line in the vicinity
of the Lone Star Gas Meter Station. The field revision was necessary in order to avoid conflict with an
existing underground telephone conduit.
If this change order is acceptable, please have all five copies executed on behalf or the City of Coppell and
retum r/e~l
three copies to our office. We are available to discuss this project further at your c vemence.
