RE: Austin Place - Early Releases
Date: March 6, 1997
The City has received a letter from Randy Lockhart dated March 6, 1997 asking for early
release of permits for model construction on Austin Place. The punch list items from the
Utilities Division are being addressed. The lots for early release will require a hold on the
Certificate of Occupancy until the project is final accepted.
The lots being requested for early release are: lots 1, 2, & 3 Block A and lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 10
& 13, Block B. A copy of the letter requesting early release is included for your information.
The lots for Austin Place have water and sewer services in place. Since the final walk thru
items are being addressed, we have no objection to early releases on Lots 1, 2, & 3 Block A and
lots 1,2, 3, 6, 10 & 13 Block B being granted by the Building Inspection Department.
