allow the operation of a landscaping contractor's office within a
residential structure on commercial property and for an associated
open storage area located at 832 Howell Drive, at the request of
Brian Sandleback.

Alternative A Site Plan Comments:
1. Alleys for other than residential uses shall be dedicated and paved a minimum of 24' in
width as per City Subdivision Ordinance.
2. Show existing alley right-of-way.
3. Show radii of driveway.
4. Approach too wide. Maximum approach for commercial driveways must meet Subdivision
Ordinance requirements.
5. Use 1"=20' scale on 24" x 36" paper.
Alternative B Site Plan Comments:
1. Radii cannot cross property line.
2. The driveway is too small for commercial driveway as per the City's Subdivision
Ordinance. A request for a variance to the Subdivision Ordinance will be needed.
3. Show southern limits of concrete.
4. Is a 10' landscape buffer necessary'?
5. Show radii of driveway.
