Alleys for other than residential uses shall be dedicated and paved a minimum of 24' in width as per City Subdivision Ordinance. 2. Show existing alley right-of-way. 3. Show radii of driveway. 4. Approach too wide. Maximum approach for commercial driveways must meet Subdivision Ordinance requirements. 5. Use 1"=20' scale on 24" x 36" paper. Alternative B Site Plan Comments: 1. Radii cannot cross property line. 2. The driveway is too small for commercial driveway as per the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
