Change Order No. 2
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
We are enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 2 to your contract with the City of Coppell, for the
construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. Change Order Number 2 provides for the
extra work required to re-align the Sandy Lake Road Water Line (Change Order Number 1), in the vicinity of
the bore under the Lone Star Gas transmission main. If this change order is acceptable, please sign and return
all five copies to this office.
