RE: Austin Place Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Payne:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide existing top-of-curb elevations on the west side of Moore Road.
2. Show the centerline stationing on all paving plan sheets.
3. Provide a note stating that all ADA ramps to be constructed by the developer.
4. Show location of proposed 4' sidewalks in the subdivision. Provide a note stating sidewalks
to be constructed by home builder.
5. The developer to construct the 4' sidewalk on the east side of Indian Rock Drive adjacent
to the proposed screening wall.
6. Label all profile views on the paving plan.
7. Provide a detail of how the proposed 36" RCP storm drainage pipe will tie into the existing
60" RCP.
8. On the storm sewer plans label the proposed water and sewer lines shown in the plan view.
9. On the water and sewer plan sheet, provide a manhole at the end of Sanitary Sewer Line
C. Also, provide two 45 degree bends on the water line instead of the 90 degree bends.
10. Show the lot and block numbers on the paving plans.
11. Make changes to general notes for water and sewer as shown on Plate 8.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along' with two revised sets of plafis should be resubmitted to the
