Landscaping Plans
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. The sidewalk proposed at the north end of the subdivision along Moore Road
needs to align with the existing sidewalk located across the drive.
2. Provide to the City a set of screening wall plans stamped by a licensed
professional engineer on the terms agreed between yourself and Greg Jones upon
completion of the project.
Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
City for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please feel free
