Dear Pert:
On behalf of the property owner, M&M Development, Inc. (formerly Moneyline Construction
Corporation), we hereby revise our requested amendment to the Planned Development Ordinance
referenced above. Attached are one 8-1/2" x 11" copy and 28 folded 24'x36' blue line prints of the
Site Plan and Zoning Exhibit showing the requested change (see note A. 1.).
Requested changes:
1. Amend SECTION 2 (A) of PD-156 to read:
"No additional alleys shall be required. All garages shall be front-entry except for those
on Lots 4-12. Garages on Lots 4-12 shall be rear-entry accessed by existing alley;"
Allow the installation of a subdivision identification sign at the intersection of Heartz
Road and Sandy Lake Road.
