In response to your letter dated 9-8-93 (attached), please find
comments below:
1. Sheet 3/5 revised to note side walk responsibilities.
2. See sheet 3/5, note # 7 - as per previous discussions
with Mr. Greg Jones regarding other projects, the
successful wall contractor will be responsible for
providing to the City plans stamped by their Structural
Engineer. This reduces "red-tape" if problems occur in
the field because contractor can deal directly with the
City and avoid the middle man.

Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Sidewalks around the exterior of the subdivision should be provided by developer.
2. Screening wall should be designed by a licensed professional engineer.
Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted
to the City for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments,
