RE: Asbury Manor Estates
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Asbury Manor Board of Directors and I would like to enlist your aid
and/or advice regarding what we feel is a public health issue.
There is a drainage culvert running from the Mansions by the Lake down
the length of Asbury Manor. There is ponding water in several locations
in this culvert. The water sits and becomes stagnant and attracts mosquitos.
We have asked the developer to address this issue by adding furrows so that
the water drains all the way to Coppell Rd. to no avail.
Any assistance you can offer on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
