Per your letter dated April 24, 1998, we have reviewed your request to use fly ash in the concrete mix designs
for the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank project. Following this review, we conclude that the use
fly ash on any portion of this project will not be allowed. Please forward your concrete mix designs to us for
review at your earliest convenience.
