Refund of filinf fees
This will authorize you to reimburse Bruce Birdsong's filing fees. On July 20, 1994, he paid
$104 for his Preliminary Plat fee and on February 15, 1995, he paid $535 for his Final Plat fee,
plus $15 for a Zoning Ordinance, for which he will not be reimbursed.
Therefore, will you please send him a check for $624 and mail it to:
