We have reviewed the Owner's and Contractor's Protective Liability Policy you submitted for the City of
Coppell Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage project. It is our opinion this policy meets the general
requirements outlined in the specifications, however Shimek, Jacobs and Finklea, L.L.P. needs to be named as
additional insured on the policy. Please revise and resubmit this policy for our files.
