Comments on Birdsong Addition Preliminary Plat
Should any improvements take place, impact fees would be required.
The Parkland Dedication Ordinance will be in effect for this plat. A fee of $1,285.00
per dwelling unit is required at time of final plat approval.
An eight foot wide concrete trail to be constructed within the Hike and Bike easement
dedication. The location to be coordinated with the Parks and Recreation Division.
Why is there a building line identified throughout the parameters of this property?
