ABANDONING NINETEEN (19) FOOT TEMI~RARY EMI~RGEN~
ACCESS EASEM]!iNT DESCRIBED IN EXHIRIT "A'; RESERVING
EXISTING EASEMENT RIGI]TS OF OTHF~RS, 1~ ANY,
APPARENT OR NON-APPARENT, AERIAL, SURFACE, UNDERGROUND
OR OTHI;:R~E; PROVIDING FOR TH'F~ FURNISHING OF A CERTIFIED
COPY OF THI~ ORDINANCE FOR RECORDING IN THF. REAL
PROPERTY RECORDS OF DAI.I.AS COUN'~, TEXAS, AS A QU1T~
DEED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHF~RF~S, the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, has determined that the within
described nineteen (19) foot temporary emergency access easement in Asbury Manor, Lot 4 and Lot 8
of Block 3, as recorded in the plat and map records of Dallas County, Texas, should be abandoned in
favor of the abutting owner's; Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF~ CTI'Y COUNCIL OF THE CTrY OF COPPF~I,I~.
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That for and in consideration stated herein, the City of Coppefl hereby
abandons and quitclaims in favor of Charles Osamor and Monica Osamor, and, Moresh Damle and
Vaidehi Darnle, the abutting owners, respectively, that certain tract or parcel of land more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part hereof for all purposes, the same as if fully
copied herein.
SECTION 2. That the rights being abandoned in the property described herein consist of
nineteen (19) feet of the temporary emergency access easement de.scn~xt in Exhibit "A" and as shown
on a map thereof attached hereto as Exhibk "B" and made part hereof for all purposes, the same as if
fully copied herein.
SECTION 3. That the City of Coppell does not abandon any other interest other than that
described in Exhibits "A'" and '~B".

SECTION 4. That the City Secretary is directed to prepare a certified copy of this ordinance
and furnish the same to the abutting owner's named above, and recording of this abandonment
ordinance in the real property records of Dallas County, Texas, shall serve as a quitclaim deed of the
City of Coppell, Texas, to said abutting owner of such right, title or interest of the City of Coppell in
and to the nineteen (19) foot of temporary emergency access easement descn"oed in Exhibit "A", either
in fee sknple or by easement, or otherwise.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage as the
law and Charter in such cases provide.
