RE: University Park Addition - Preliminary Plat
Dear Mr. Henderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a
preliminary plat for University Park Addition, was approved by the City
Council on July 18, 1989, with the stipulation that construction of Bethel
School Road be resolved prior to the final plat being presented for
consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission, and that staff be
directed to prepare and submit a preliminary engineering studies funding
for approval by the City Council.
