The following assessment represents the number of light units as established by TiJ Electric for
Asbury Estates.
4 lights ~ $292.60 per light = $1170.40
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $1170.40 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along with a
copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment of
the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

lights and understands that no Donstrvdion work will bpin until after Company has roceived full payment.
2. Company agrees to install, own, opsraM and maintain said stroet lights in accordance with its stroet IiphHnp agroe-
ment with customer. However, if COY or Developer fails to pay, on demand, the amount indicated above, this wpple-
mental aproemeM is automatically Mrminated.
3. All parties apse that Company will nstain for its use and benefit the payment roeeiwd herounder in considerafion of
ih obligation to install said street lights and that Company at all times has fide to, and oarrpleM ownership and control
of, sold strost lights.
4. Company is not liable for loss or injury caused by delay or failuro to install ihs electric fadlities necessary to serve
customer because of delay in nsuivinp shipments of roquirod material, orders or formal roquests of powmmeMal
agencies, ads of God or the public enemy, inevitable accidents, firm, e~losions, strikes, riots, war, or any other causes
roasonobly beyond control of Company. ff Company is prevented from installing wch electric fadfrties by any of the
