1. SCHEDULE
Bar Constructors, Inc. did not provide an updated schedule this week. The old schedule
remains up to date. As noted in Progress Meeting No. 3, Bar Constructors is behind
schedule by approximately one month.

Located and completing signature process on RFI No. 8.

SUBMITTALS
The calibration used in the venmri meter test and the final report of the venturi testing
need final review. Bar Constructors to submit deliverables related to the Vault
Termination Unit "VTU" to DWU as soon as possible because Ron Deloach is retiring.

Submitted pay estimate number three for processing.

5. LIEN NOTIFICATION ates~,
DWU received a copy of notification from Baugh & Associ Inc. to Reliance Surety
Company that they intend to file a lien against the bond unless they receive payment for
balance due of $43 1,508.79. DWU received another notice regarding items related to
Baugh &Associates and Gifford Hill American. Action: Bar Constructors, Inc.

Trailer cleaning and toilet repair issues resolved.

9. IRRIGATION AT VILLAGE PARKWAY PUMP STATION
City of Coppell requested that Bar Constructors cap off the sprinkler system around the
new meter vault for purposes of maintaining grass watering at the VHlage Parkway Pump

10. RESPONSE TO SPEED MEMOS
Need response to speed memos issued on April 16 and 22, 1998.
