Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing four copies of Change Order Number 1 to your contract with Landmark Structures, Inc., for
the construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. Change Order Number 1 adds the Sandy
Lake Road Water Line project, from Coppell Road to Whispering Hills Drive. We are also attaching two sets
of construction plans related to the change order. These sets are for your use and records.
Once the change order is executed on behalf of the City, please retum two copies to our office. We are
available to discuss this project further at your convenience.
