This letter is written to confirm all specifications on the Screening Wall separating the two projects
referenced above.
The screening wall matches the wall being built by Ryland Homes EXACTLY with the exception of the
foundation. The brick will be: ACME - FORMBY. The wall design will match the "~-land-Design" for
the purpose of continuity.
Obviously the foundation will need to be designed since the soil condition may vary from the Rvland -
Design.
