As we discussed, I am sending you a mark-up of the requirements for an encasement pipe across the entrance to
Forest Cove, Phase I addition for the Sandy Lake Road Water Line project. The encasement pipe could be
constructed of 3/8" steel or reinforced concrete pipe, class III.
Please review and let me know what is resolved. We will modify our plans accordingly.
Further, we have surveyed the "As Built" location of the g-inch sanitary sewer recently constructed across Forest
Cove, Phase II. Near Whispering Hills Drive, it appears to be constructed as shown on the subdivision plans.
