Dear Mr. Johnson:
The City of Coppell has completed the relocation of the 2" water line that runs on the south side of East
Beltline Road adjacent to your property. The total cost of the relocation was $1,790.40. As was
previously conveyed to you, the City will recoup the cost of the relocation from the adjacent property
owners.
To determine the proper amount of recoupment from the three property owners, the total frontage of the
property was calculated and then the percentage of frontage for each individual parcel was calculated.
The following represents the breakdown of the cost allocation.

Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, prior to the acceptance of the public improvements by the City
of Coppell.
