As required by the Federal Aviation Administration, Acknowledgment of Notice of Proposed Construction or
Alteration (FAA Form 7460-7), we are submitting FAA form 7460-2, Advance Notice of Construction, on
behalf of the City of Coppell, Texas, for the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank project.
The City of Coppell has issued the notice to proceed with construction on April 13, 1998, to Landmark
Structures, Inc. Actual construction is not expected to begin until June 1, 1998. The structure is expected to
reach its greatest height about this time next year. We are enclosing a copy of the construction contractor' s
anticipated schedule for your review and files.

The Federal A~ation Administration heraby acknowledges receipt of notice dated November 18, 1996 conoemin~ the
proposed construction or alteration described above.
A study has been conducted under the provisions of Part 77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations to determine whether the proposed construc~on
would be an obstruction to air navigation. whether it should be marked and lighted to enhance safety in air navigation. and whether supplemental
notice of start and completion of construction is required to permit timely charting and neti~eation to airmen. The findings of that study are as

AIt~ude (MDA)of the LOCALIZER RUNWAY 17C STANDARD INSTRUMENT APPROACH
PROCEDURE from 920 feet AMSL to 960 feet AMSL. A pilot flying this appr~ch may
descend no I~er than the MDA unless he has visual sight of the ~n~y in which ~se he
may continue and land.
The amendment to this app~ach will change the MDA [vedi~l movement of the aircra~] only.
It wiJI n~ require changing the flight pt~ [hor~ontal movement of the aimraft] of this
approach. This means that the amendment to this app~ach will be invisible to the residents
of Coppall.
