The City of Coppell has issued the notice to proceed with construction on April 13, 1998, to Landmark Structures, Inc. Actual construction is not expected to begin until June 1, 1998. The structure is expected to reach its greatest height about this time next year. We are enclosing a copy of the construction contractor' s anticipated schedule for your review and files. A pilot flying this appr~ch may descend no I~er than the MDA unless he has visual sight of the ~n~y in which ~se he may continue and land. The amendment to this app~ach will change the MDA [vedi~l movement of the aircra~] only. It wiJI n~ require changing the flight pt~ [hor~ontal movement of the aimraft] of this approach.
