RE: Landscape Plans for Blooming Colors Nursery Addition.
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and find that they
meet our current minimum requirements. Upon acceptance of the plans prior to the
start of construction, the following comments should be addressed:
Water Impact Fees associated with irrigation meters be paid to the City
of Coppell.
After completion of the work, the following comments should be addressed:
Provide "As Built" plans upon completion. One (1) set of mylars and two
(2) sets of bluelines.
