Gentlemen:
At the pre-construction conference held today for the City of Coppell, Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank
project, we handed you a work order which incorrectly stated the contract time and project completion date.
Please note the correct contract time allotted is four hundred sixty (460) calendar days with contract time
commencing on the tenth (10th) day after the issuance of the work order. Therefore, construction contract
time shall start on Friday, April 24, 1998, and will end on Wednesday, July 28, 1999.

(420) calendar days to complete all items of work on this project with time commencing on the tenth (10th)

will end on Tuesday, May 18, 1999.
