RE: SECOND LANDSCAPE REVIEW FOR BLOOMING COLORS NURSERY
Dear Mr. Patel:
Please find attached the three sets of marked up plans A-1
and A-5 for the third landscape review for Blooming Colors
Nursery Addition. Per your letter to me dated February 14,
1994, you require five changes in order for final approval.
The attached plans are changed as noted below:
1. I have attached only pages A-1 and A-5. Your January
26, 1994, letter to me on the first review requested the
full set of drawings.
2. Your letter stated to relocate the brick pavers to the
location shown on the landscape plan so they are flush with
the sidewalk and that the handicapped ramps should also be
brick paved.
This is not required by the City of Coppell Streetscape, the
standard construction detail plans or any ordinance of the
City.
There is not a development in the City of Coppell that has
brick pavers flush with the sidewalk or on the handicap
ramps.
This request is not shown on the attached plans for these
reasons.
3. I have attached the monument detail 6/A-2.
The meters and backflow preventers are in the R.O.W.
5. I have added the note to require the standard
construction details SD-24 and SD-18 on both A-1 and A-5.
I will call you Friday morning to discuss these changes and
deliver the prints at 1:00 pm. Please contact me directly

move forward through this process.
