RE: Second construction review comments for Blooming Colors Nursery Addition
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
Trucks cannot make right turn into and out of site safely. May need to
consider additional/wider paving on site to accommodate the turning radius.
Show driveway width on paving and grading plan.
Place 6" 3000 psi reinforced concrete with //3 bars @ 16' o.c. on 6" lime
modified subgrade (27 pounds per square yard).
The I 1/2" service line for irrigation crosses the proposed 21" R.C.P. May
need to concrete encase service line to prevent potential conflict.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
