RE: Second Landscape Review Comments for Blooming Colors Nursery Addition

City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments

The Engineering Department requires only pages A-1 and A-5 on the next set
of review plans. Pages A-1 and A-5 are designated as landscape plans and are
the only pages we review. Pages A-2 thru A-4 are Architectural Plans and shall
not be circulated to our department for review.
Relocate brick pavers to location shown on landscape plan so they are flush
with the sidewalk. Handicapped ramps should also be brick paved.
Attach Monument Detail 6/A-2 to page A-1 of the site plan.
On page A-5, relocate meters and backflow preventers outside of sidewalk and
install into R.O.W. or easements.
Require City of Coppell Standard Construction Details SD-24 (Irrigation Details)
and SD-18 (Water Service Connection Details) on the next set of irrigation
plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
