Accompanying this letter are the City's mark-up set and two sets of
our revised project. We have addressed your comments as follows:
We have realigned the entrance driveway to make it
more accessible to large trucks.

The driveway width is shown on the paving and
grading plan.
We have indicated that 6" lime modified subgrade is
to be used under the pavement on site.
We have shown the 1-1/£" service line to be
concrete encased where it crosses the storm sewer.
We have also addressed the other minor comments on the plans.
Additionally, we have revised the 13" water profile per our
discussions with Howard Pafford.
