Construct pavers an( brick handicapped ramps as per Coppell Streetscape Plan. Handicapped ramps need to be relocated to location shown on landscape plan page A-1. Relocate meters and backfiow preventers outside of sidewalk and install into R.O.W. or easements. Perimeter landscape areas shall contain at least one (1) tree for each fifty (50) linear feet or fraction thereof of perimeter area as per Section 34-1-8(B)3; Copp, Ioning Ordinanca. II parking lots and vehicular use areas shall be screened from all abutting roperties and/or public rights of way With a wall, fence, hedge, berm, or other urable landscape barrier as per Section 34-1-8(B)3; Coppell Zoning Ordinance Dn page A-l, show quantities on the landscaping legend. Need(Architectural Engineer'~l-Stamp on landscaping plan. 8. Need full set ~f~p~p ~ns (A-1 thru A-5) w~th cover sheet on second review. o ;11 Ten (10) percent of gross parking area to be devoted to living landscaping as per Section 34-1-8(B)3; Coppell Zoning Ordinance. However; if gross parking area is 35,000 sf or less, planter islands not required. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
