RE: Construction Review Comments for Blooming Colors Nursery Addition
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
~ 1. Provide a title sheet in the next set of review plans.
2. Install reflective (blue) fire hydrant spotters on Belt Line Road at proposed fire
hydrant locations.

,. 3. Trucks cannot make right turn into and out of i h safely. Need to consider
maximum right turn radius of 20' and look at additional/wider paving on site to ,.

accommodate the turning radius.
4. Extend minimum of 1 joint of pipe out of 12" water main valve east of property
line and plug main.
~~ 5. Remove existing 2" water line once new 12" water line is constructed.
Reconnect existing 2" water line to new 12" water line at east side of property
line. Get permission from Mr. Robinson to do work.
/ 6. Show temporary and permanent erosion control on the construction plans.
,~7. May need to consider clean out at termination of proposed Sanitary Sewer.
8. Show erosion control at R.C.P. outfall. Grade to drain East.
9. Show 6" fire hydrant valve, 12" valve and plug on Line WA water profile.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
