Dear Mr. Boren:
Per our conversation in August, 2000, I still have not received the Record Drawing (Asbuilts)
and maintenance bond(s) for the work constructed in the City's easement. These are needed
before a final acceptance letter will be signed here in Engineering. A Certificate of Occupancy
will not be issued without a final acceptance from Engineering.
Please provide the information requested at your earliest convenience so I may proceed with
