Engineering plans which to our Engineering department for this
plat, depict plans which tie into an existing sanitary sewer and
water line that will be extended through the Valley Ranch Baptist
Church and the Valley Ranch Self Storage, which is located
adjacent to this site (as shown on the vicinity map). If
construction of either the church or the mini-warehouse does not
occur, then the City will require Blooming Colors Nursery to be
responsible for extending the water and sanitary sewer from its
existing location in the Tom Thumb shopping center.
A detailed exhibit should be provided to show the reconstruction
of the existing wye inlet east of this site.
