Dear Bobby and J J:
I have re~ained C-Con Services, Inc. to install the water and sewer service to our property next door.
As we discussed, this will require the temporary removal of part of your driveway and front sidewalk, I
know that this is a major inconvenience to you and am committed to doing everything I can to minimize
the impact. As part of my agreement with C-Con, C-Con will be responsible for repairing the sprinkler
system, resodding all disturbed grasses and replacing the sidewalk and the portion of the driveway
impacted. As a result, your yard, sidewalk and driveway will be returned to their pm=sent condition and
you will not be expected to repair or replace any affected areas at your own expense.
C-Con is scheduled to begin work on Wednesday, June 7, 2000. The work is scheduled to be
completed within 14 days. Dudng this time, you will have access to your garage each night. I have
asked C-Con to either fill the trench at the end of each day or place a metal panel over the trench for
you to drive across.
I would be very happy to discuss this with you in more detail and answer any more questions. I would
also like to suggest that we do a walk through with representatives from C-Con pdor to the work starting
so that we all understand the process.
Again, Libby and I greatly appreciate your understanding and your patience as we work to improve our
property. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and have done everything we can to minimize the
impact to you. I will personally be on-site dudng this period as much as I can to monitor the process.
