Dear Mike:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that I desire to proceed with the installation of the water
and sewer utilities for Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Boren Addition pdor to the Planning and Zoning
Commission approval of the Final Plat. I understand that, if for any reason, the Planning and Zoning
Commission does not approve the Final Plat, I will not hold the City of Coppell liable for any of the costs
associated with the installation of these utilities.
