I am providing this letter to acknowledge that the Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA)
requested by Mr. Cody Boren, who resides at 925 Warren Court, could change the delineation
of the 100-year floodway/floodplain for Denton Creek. Currently the FIRM for the City of
Coppell, Community Panel Number 480170-0010E, dated April 15, 1994, shows that a portion
of the property is delineated in floodway/floodplain. If the LOMA meets the requirements of
FEMA, the City of Coppell has no problem with the approval of the LOMA for the property in
question.
