Dear Mr. Martin,
Please find below my comments regarding items addressed in the letter
accompanying first review mark-ups, dated June 30, 1993:

~.,. Our intention .is to blend natural light-colored and stone
brick
t ~ ^m together to create an interesting entry monument (see attached

while tying together the name of the project with existing brick
to be utilized on site. The Parks of Coppell projec't was mix]ng
a brown,.~ mi]sap stone with a g}ray brick, and I agree the results

regarding previous projects in Coppell, we feel having the
succes~,;fu] wall contractor stamp plans with their structural
engineer provides for less problems and time delays should
questions arise during construction of walls.
