As directed by the City of Coppell, we are enclosing a mark-up of construction plan sheet 8 for the Sandy Lake
Road Water Line Change Order to your contract for the construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank.
The mark-up shows the modifications required to construct the 24-inch water line across Forest Bend Drive by
boring rather than open cut as we originally planned.
This change will be handled as a quantity extension to the change order. Please see that your subcontractor and
suppliers are aware of the revision. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
