Mike,
Before you get away I would like to make one more request for some
additional information. I am open to come by and go through plans
anytime today or tomorrow, I need the following:
1. East Sandy Lake - Striping Plan, the next roadway sheet to the east of
plan sheet 40 (probably 41).
2. The drainage area map for the property along Royal Lane south of the
Four Seasons Development and the Baker and Associates Property (I
believe it is called the Freeport North property).
3, Four Seasons Re-plat.
4. Royal Lane Extension - paving sheets and typical sections (this was
done by Roberts and Dowdey (plan set 409 - Coppell System).
5. Royal Lane- Paving, typical section, drainage area map (north of
Northpoint Dr. to the extension project done by Roberts and Dowdey).
6. Hike and bike trail system plan and bike lane plan system along Sandy
Lake Drive.
7. Any plat or site plan on Coppell Bible Fellowship property.
8. Any plat or site plan on the property from State Road to Four Seasons
property south of Sandy Lake Road.
9. Coppell North -typical sections, roadway plans, drainage area map,
storm sewer plan and profile sheets adjacent to Sandy Lake, water and
sanitary sewer adjacent to Sandy Lake, hike / bike trail plan as it ties
into Sandy Lake.
