the Braewood Shopping Center, 150 $. Denton Tap Road, Coppell, Texas
To Whom It May Concern:
It has been brought to the attention of the Landlord of the above referenced
shopping center that the.city of Coppell is requiring the new Tenant in Suite 112
apply for a Special Use Permit because the business operating from the
Demised Premises changed ownership. The Landlord is surprised that the city is
requiring the new Tenant go through this process since the business operating
within the Demised Premises is not changing their use. They are continuing to
operate as a restaurant.
Nevertheless, let this letter serve as the Landlord's permission to the Tenant to
apply for a Special Use Permit to operate as a restaurant within Suite 112 in the
Braewood Shopping Center. Please feel to call me if there are any questions.
