ANALYSIS: Jacky Chan Restaurant is proposed to be an 1,800 square
foot restaurant, which will serve lunch and dinner, and
will offer buffet service. Although there are two (2)
other restaurants operating within the Braewood shopping
Center, there are no other Chinese restaurants located
within the area. The nearest Chinese restaurant is located
at MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road. The applicant
has addressed all DRC comments; therefore, we have no
objections to the approval of this request.
