Dear Mr. Henriticks:
ARer review, one set of the preliminary plans for the referenced project is being returned with
appropriate markings. The only potential conflict between the proposed water line and Lone Star
Pipeline facilities is at approximate station 88+86.2. At this location the water line will cross a
twenty-four-inch natural gas pipeline. Please note the differences between the size of pipe on the
print and the correct size. This may, or may not, affect the elevation of the water line since a
minimum of eighteen inches is required between the pipeline and all crossing utilities.
Once final construction prints are available, please forward one set to this office. We would also like
to see the notation to call this office at least 48 hours prior to beginning any construction activity
