RE: Second Landscape Review Comments for the Kwik Kar Lube and Tune
Dear Mr. Hollingsworth:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Remove the trees that are in the visibility triangle.
2. The title sheet should say the plans are landscape plans instead of engineering plans.
3. Provide landscape plans stamped and signed by a licensed landscape architect on the next
set of plans.
4. On the irrigation plans, the irrigation controller shall have a rain sensor, a surge protection
device and a freeze protection device. Contact Rick Wieland at 462-8495.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should')
