The attached document is per your request for a floodplain determination for the above referenced
property. Page 1 is the official letter, page 2 is the Flood Insurance Rate Map showing the zone, and the
color exhibit (page 3) is from a 2006 letter showing the relation of the floodplain to the buildings on the
property. The right-of-way line is different than shown on the attached page 3 due to our offer to acquire
the needed property and your acceptance of same.
I put the originals in an envelope with your name that can be picked up from the front desk. Let us know if
you have any questions or need further assistance.

Good morning Keith-
Some time back, I was in your office giving you my sketches on the proposed parking spaces at 288. I
mentioned to you that I had a very recent, thorough survey of the property. I gave a copy to you and you
scanned it and gave me an extra one. You said you could use it for the up coming ROW sale. I hope you
have the copy and can give me another. I knew I was going to need it and put it in a safe place - very safe.
It is now lost in the quagmire I call home.
If you can do this, just leave it with the lady at the desk in engineering and I will pick it up Thurs or Fri.
I will also copy Mike Garza on this in hopes that one of you gets it.
