RE: Limited walk -thru inspection of 9 Lots in Old Town
The following items were noted in today's inspection:
1. Sweeping needed in Travis & E. Main alley.
2. Street name blades are needed for Travis and E. Main.
3. Meter can size should be for 3 /4" not 1".
4. Paint and put into service the fire hydrants on E. Main.
5. Clean debris in storm drains.
6. Lot grading should be acceptable to the Developer.
7. Erosion control should be installed.
8. Clean dirt from around meter setters.
9. Sewer manholes: clean, install stainless steel rain pan and chimney seal on each.
10. Seal joints in alley paving.
11. Strip forms and clean bolts from sewer services.
12. Water Utility personnel will check cleanouts, meter setters and cans again at 2:00 p.m. on
4/12/12. Any items visible at that time may be added to this list.
Upon completion of this punchlist, please contact Rick O'Dell for a re- inspection. Phase III
construction time will stop upon agreement between City and Developer that lots are ready to be
released and the punchlist is complete, as outlined in the Construction Time section of the contract.
