Dear Mr. Hollingsworth:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. There is a spelling mistake in the vicinity map on the title sheet.
2. Construct the fire lane up to the end of the property line. An easement will need to be
acquired from the property owner of the future site for Ace Hardware.
3. On sheet #2 of the site plan, the scale does not correspond to the dimensions shown on the
plans.
4. Show both irrigation and domestic meters and their sizes on the utility plan.
5. On sheet D3 show the double check detail along with the meter detail. See sheet SD18 of
the City of Coppell Standard Construction Details.
6. Show the irrigation meter and double check on sheet D3 of D5 at the location shown on
the plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
