RE: First Landscape Review Comments for the Kwik Kar Lube and Tune
Dear Mr. Hollingsworth:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Provide a title for sheet 3 of the plans. Is this the landscape plans?
2. Construct Brick Pavers as per City of Coppell Standard Details and the City of Coppell
Streetscape Plan.
3. Provide irrigation plans stamped by a licensed irrigator on the next set of plans.
4. What is the scale on sheet 3 of the plans?
5. There are various spelling mistakes in the quantity table.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been DATE
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
